My mom came to visit us for the week to be here when I delivered my baby...but no such luck. This kid doesn't want to come out. So we enjoyed playing with mom while she was here. We went to Seattle and decided to ride the Duck -which is a land and water tour on an old WWII military assault vehicle.
Our driver/tour guide was pretty animated and tried to make our tour fun and exciting. Tripp enjoyed yelling and clapping along with the driver. We saw some pretty neat sites like Gasworks Park (below) which is featured in the movie "10 Things I Hate About You." We also saw the floating house from "Sleepless in Seattle" and learned it was for sale, for 2.3 million dollars.
One of mom's friends told her about the gum wall by Pike Place Market, so we had to go contribute to it.
Tripp spit his gum into my hand along with a big pool of saliva. You can tell by the looks on our faces we both thought it was nasty!

I love watching them make cheese! We even tried some fresh cheese curds that were delicious.

Tripp cried when my mom left today and has been asking for her as well. He enjoyed his roommate. While mom was here, I tried every inducing labor technique we could find. Nothing works. I tried castor oil -which is completely nasty and made me vomit, raspberry leaf tea, oregano and basil, accupressure points, long walks and lots of stairs, I even tried using my breast pump, we also tried what got him in there in the first place. Tripp was two weeks early, so I'm not used to being prego this long -my due date is wednesday. I'm not sure what else to try. And yeah, I know I'm HUGE so keep your fat comments to yourself.

That wall is super gross and super cool at the same time. I hope that little man comes wednesday, there is nothing worse on earth than going over your due date. Good luck. Keep me posted.
So uh triplets right? jk Mom told me someone said that while you were walking around Seattle. So sad and funny at the same time. Love you!

Hey- congrats on the new baby! That's the exact weight of T when he was born- so was he born fat, just like T? The fuller's know how to make 'em big!
Love riding the ducks! And, you do not look huge, you are simply adorable and pregnant! Hope all goes well with the delivery and he gets here soon! :)
