Thoughts

Is it True?
Is it Kind?
Is it Necessary?

We had Ward Conference yesterday and our bishop talked about gossip. His father told him to ask himself these three questions before sharing anything with another person. I loved his talk! He said he was driving around town with his boys and he made a comment about another driver and both of his boys looked at him and said, "Dad, you shouldn't say that." Part of his talk was about judging others. How we shouldn't judge, label, or grade others. -since we probably don't want the same kind of judgement about us. I really tried to listen the whole time, but it was a little difficult because Deko's new joy is crawling underneath the pews and joining new families during sacrament meeting. Anyways, I thought I'd share these thoughts with the blogging world and let you take what you want from it.

I'm teaching a RS meeting class tomorrow night on encouraging our children to be reverent during sacrament meeting. I had 2 months to prepare, so I've been spying on people and testing things on my own kids. I'll save and share my handouts with you.

Super great advice Tasha thanks for the reminder! That's something I can work on for sure.
